Live Remote Instructor-Led Individual

Our remote training is live and it is instructor led. You participate in Live-Remote training from your home or office. This is live, real-time, instruction with the same live instructor who teaches our onsite classes.

Logistics:

Our Live Remote Instructor-Led Training is done across the internet - phone is used for voice. The only software you need is an internet connection.

Instructions:

1. Participates follow a URL to our Live Remote Instructor Led Training Server
2. Enter a session ID and password
3. Place a call to the presenter for voice
4. It's that easy!

The significant advantage we have over "self-paced", "internet","canned" or "on-demand" training is clear and dramatic. The instructor led class provides you with access to a knowledgeable expert and an active peer group that can help you shape the content to your specific needs. How do I Participate:

Our live remote training system allows the instructor to see what is on any of the student's monitors and to share the keyboard and mouse on any of the student stations as needed. It is also possible for any of the participants to "lead" a work session by taking control of the instructor station. These collaborative features receive high marks from our participants. An of course everyone is on the same phone conference so feel free to ask questions of the instructor or other participants at anytime.

What to Expect:

The experience is similar to a Web Ex or PC Anywhere session; participant follow a URL to connect to the software and phone for voice. But unlike Web Ex where you are a passive viewer, our Portal enables participants to actually use the software on our system. Your users, located anywhere in the world, can participate together in the same course.

When are courses held:

Because we are not limited by facility availability we do not have a fixed course schedule. We schedule courses when we have four or more persons with confirmed "waiting-list" registration. Once we have met our minimum enrollment the instructor and the participants agree on the specifics of course dates, times of day and hours per day for each session
