This course provides applied skills in how to use Microsoft Project Professional for scheduling, resource management, multiple project management, project tracking, and reporting.

This course also provides a solid foundation on the use of Project Server and SharePoint Services. Participants will learn to use these applications and how they integrate with and extend Microsoft Project Professional. But skills training without an understanding of “why” can result in your using the software correctly to do wrong thing!
