Assessment is the the first step in all of our consulting services – whether we are guiding you through best practices, or adjusting one of our many courses to meet your needs, or designing a project management IT infrastructure - it's all about your needs and how to meet them.

A Quick Assessment starts the process of identifing your needs and matching those needs with the appropriate services for your organization.

We'll review your:

Input: A basic overview of the number and type of projects, and the groups creating them. How many schedules, of what size, created by whom.

Output: Basic understanding of the type and number of persons accessing and receiving reports. Who needs to get what from whom, how often.

Infrastructure: General description of your Project Management IT infrastructure and your internal IS/IT support. Focus on database and web servers.

Project Management Maturity: Self evaluation of the quality of your current schedules and project management processes.

Objectives: Where you know you want to be.

Capabilities: Where you believe you are at.
