between Standard and Professional is that you must deploy Microsoft Professional

Suite.
Microsoft Project Professional 2007 is required when
you deploy Project Server 2007 and Microsoft Project Portfolio Server
2007. Microsoft Project Professional 2003 or Microsoft Professional 2002
is required when you deploy Project Server 2003.
Microsoft Project Professional 2007 is not compatible with MS Project
Server 2003 with and MS Project Professional 2003 is not compatible with
MS Project Server 2007.
