About the Class

This course is shaped by our EPM deployment experiences gained from the pre-release of Project Server back in 1999 to the present. The course structure follows our planning and deployment methodology and focuses on the issues, technology, and management considerations we have found to be essential for a successful EPM deployment.

The singular focus of this workshop is to enable your organization to correctly deploy Project Server 2003, recognizing that your deployment will need to change over time to adapt to your changing project management and IT environments.
Why five-days? This is not a lecture series - popping up the hood and getting our hands greasy takes time!

Is the training environment for this course difficult to set up? Absolutely! It has taken us a huge investment to set up a training environment appropriate for this class. Lack of expertise and lack of an adequate training facility are the primary reasons that so few training companies can offer courses of this caliber - we strive to provide each participant with access to a training environment that mirrors the complexity found in actual IT environments.
